Welcome to EasiKart! By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a payment.

1. Subscription & Payment

All subscription payments are made in advance via Paystack or any approved payment method. Your subscription is valid for the selected monthly plan. Payments must be completed before deliveries begin. No deliveries will be made without payment confirmation.

2. Order Confirmation & Customer Support

Once your payment is successful, our team (EasiPadi) will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order details, delivery schedule, and any custom notes. WhatsApp is our main support channel. All updates, questions, or delivery confirmations are handled there for faster, more personal service.

3. Delivery Schedule & Time Slots

EasiKart delivers on fixed scheduled days:
Ibadan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Lagos: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Delivery window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM the day prior to be included in the next delivery batch. We’ll confirm your exact time slot via WhatsApp after payment.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds after payment is completed. Once a plan is active and payment is received, you agree to the delivery terms and product conditions outlined.

5. Product Quality & Compensation

We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality items by working with trusted vendors. If an item is delivered in poor condition but not expired, we do not offer refunds, but we will compensate with a replacement item or its value applied to your next subscription cycle. All issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, including photo evidence sent via WhatsApp or email.

6. Plan Changes

You may modify your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle. Mid-cycle changes may not be accepted once a delivery is prepared or dispatched.

7. Availability & Service Area

EasiKart currently services Lagos and Ibadan. Customers must select their location to see the correct plan and pricing, as availability may differ across areas. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with close alternatives of equal value.
