Welcome to EasiKart! By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment.


1. Subscription & Payment

  • All subscription payments are made in advance via Paystack or any approved payment method.

  • Your subscription is valid for the selected plan duration (biweekly or monthly).

  • Payments must be completed before deliveries begin. No deliveries will be made without confirmation of payment.


2. Order Confirmation & Customer Support

  • Once your payment is successful, our team will contact you immediately via WhatsApp to confirm your order details, delivery preferences, and any custom notes.

  • WhatsApp is our main support channel, and all updates, questions or delivery confirmations will be handled there for faster and more personal service.


3. Delivery Schedule & Time Slots

We currently offer biweekly and monthly delivery options:

  • Biweekly Deliveries: We deliver every Saturday and Sunday, ensuring you’re stocked with fresh supplies for the week ahead.

  • Monthly Deliveries: These are fulfilled within 2–3 days after your subscription payment is confirmed.

You can choose your preferred delivery time slot at checkout:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We’ll confirm your time slot via WhatsApp after payment.


4. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds after a payment has been completed.

  • Once a plan is active and payment is received, you agree to the delivery terms and product conditions outlined.


5. Product Quality & Compensation

  • We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality items by working closely with trusted vendors.

  • If an item is delivered in a spoiled condition but not expired, it may be due to manufacturer or handling errors. In such cases:

    • We do not offer refunds, but

    • We will compensate you with a replacement item or its value in your next subscription cycle.

  • You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery, including photo evidence sent via WhatsApp or email.


6. Plan Changes

  • You may modify your subscription or delivery schedule at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

  • Mid-cycle changes may not be accepted once a delivery is already prepared or dispatched.


7. Availability & Service Area

  • EasiKart currently services Lagos, Ibadan, Ogun, and Osogbo. We are gradually expanding to other regions.

  • Customers must select their location on the plan page to be directed to the specific location plans, as pricing differs across areas.

  • Plan pricing and item availability may differ across cities based on local vendor pricing and logistics.

  • We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with close alternatives of equal or higher value.
