What is EasiKart?
EasiKart is a subscription based grocery and essentials delivery service that brings your needs to your doorstep biweekly or monthly. It is designed to save you time and stress.
How does the subscription work?
You select your location, choose a ready made plan, edit or create your own from scratch and we deliver your groceries regularly without you needing to reorder each time.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently deliver in Lagos and Ibadan. We are expanding to more locations soon.
What makes EasiKart different from other delivery services?
EasiKart isn’t a last-minute delivery app. It’s a scheduled grocery subscription. We source fresh, we pack carefully, and we show up on your delivery day, every time. Think of it less as a service and more as a system built around your home.
Do I need to reorder every month?
No. Once you subscribe, your plan continues automatically.
Plans and Customization
Can I customize an existing plan?
Yes. You can adjust any plan to fit your household’s needs by clicking the Customize Plan button or chat with us on WhatsApp.
Can I create a plan from scratch?
Yes. Simply tell us what you want through WhatsApp and we will build a plan just for you.
Are your plans suitable for families or individuals?
Yes. We have plans for students, singles, couples, small families, and large households. You can also increase or reduce the quantity of items.
How often will I receive deliveries?
EasiKart delivers your groceries on a structured monthly or bi-weekly cycle. Once you make payment, your delivery is automatically scheduled for the next available delivery day in your city:
- Ibadan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Lagos: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Please note that orders must be placed before 2PM the day before your delivery day to be included in that schedule. After payment is confirmed, you choose your preferred delivery timeframe for that day. If you need to change your timeframe, contact our support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery day.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes. You can pause your subscription or skip a delivery by notifying us on whatsapp at least 48 hours before your next payment.
Payments and Pricing
How do I pay for my plan?
We accept payments through debit card, bank transfer, USSD secured by Paystack.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Just contact us and we will help you switch to a different payment option.
Is there a delivery fee?
No extra delivery fee on monthly subscriptions! Your monthly plan covers everything such as packaging, handling, and delivery. So your groceries arrive on time, fresh and hassle-free. For bi-weekly subscribers, a small delivery token may apply depending on your order size and location.
Are prices the same in every location?
No. Prices may vary based on your location due to local market conditions.
Is there a discount for longer subscriptions?
Yes. We occasionally offer discounts or bonuses for customers who subscribe for three months or more.
Delivery and Logistics
What time do you deliver?
EasiKart delivers on scheduled days only to ensure reliability and freshness:
Ibadan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Lagos: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Deliveries are made between 9AM and 5PM, and all orders must be placed before 2PM the day prior to be included in the next delivery batch.
Can I choose my delivery day?
To ensure freshness and reliability, EasiKart delivers on fixed scheduled days:
Ibadan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Lagos: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Orders are automatically assigned to the next available delivery day based on when they are placed. All orders must be placed before 2PM the day prior to be included in the upcoming delivery batch.
What if I am not home during delivery?
No worries! EasiKart ensures your order is safely delivered even if you’re not home. Our EasiPadi team will contact you to arrange a convenient handover or leave your order securely at your preferred location.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will contact you to choose a replacement or apply a credit toward your next subscription.

Order Issues
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incomplete order?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact EasiPadi via WhatsApp within 12 hours of receiving your delivery and send photos of the affected items. We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible
What if some items in my order are missing?
If any items are missing from your delivery, reach out to EasiPadi within 12 hours with your order details. We’ll verify against your order and arrange for the missing items to be included in your next delivery or resolved promptly.
What if my produce arrives in poor condition?
All our items go through a quality check before packing, but we understand that issues can occasionally happen. If your produce arrives wilted, bruised, or below standard, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 12 hours and we’ll sort it out for you.
Can I get a refund or replacement for a bad item?
Yes. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer either a replacement in your next delivery or a resolution that works for you. Our goal is to make sure every order meets your expectations.
What if my delivery arrives late?
We do our best to stick to schedule, but occasional delays can happen. If your delivery is significantly late, please contact EasiPadi and we’ll follow up with your delivery agent immediately to get it to you as soon as possible.
