How can I contact EasiKart customer support?
You can reach us quickly via WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Visit our contact page for direct links to chat or call. Our support team is available to assist you before, during, and after your delivery.
Can I change my delivery schedule after placing an order?
Delivery days are fixed and cannot be changed, but you can update your preferred delivery timeframe. Simply contact our support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery day and we'll sort it out for you.
What days and times do you deliver?
We deliver on scheduled days every week — Lagos deliveries go out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, while Ibadan deliveries are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The day you make payment determines when you'll receive your order, and once confirmed, you get to choose your preferred delivery timeframe.
Where do you currently deliver to?
We currently serve Lagos and Ibadan. More cities will be added soon as we grow. You can select your city on the plans page to see available subscription options in your area.
