Welcome to EasiKart! We’re glad you’re here. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please take a moment to read through them before making a payment. They’re straightforward and written to protect both you and us.
1. Subscription & Payment
All subscription payments are made in advance via Paystack or any other approved payment method. Your subscription becomes active once payment is confirmed and deliveries will only begin after this is done. No deliveries will be made without a successful payment.
2. Order Confirmation & Customer Support
Once your payment is successful, our team (EasiPadi) will reach out to you on WhatsApp to confirm your order details, delivery schedule, and any custom preferences you may have. WhatsApp is our primary support channel, and it’s where all updates, questions, and delivery confirmations are handled for faster, more personal service.
3. Delivery Schedule & Time Slots
EasiKart delivers on fixed scheduled days every week:
- Ibadan: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Lagos: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Delivery window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The day you make payment automatically determines your delivery day, whichever scheduled day comes next in your city after payment is confirmed. To be included in the next delivery batch, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM the day prior. Once confirmed, EasiPadi will reach out via WhatsApp so you can choose your preferred delivery timeframe within the delivery window. If you need to change your timeframe, kindly EasiPadi at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery day.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once payment has been completed. By making a payment, you agree to the delivery terms and product conditions outlined in this policy. We encourage you to review your plan carefully before subscribing.
5. Product Quality & Compensation
We work with trusted vendors and take quality seriously at every step. In the rare event that an item arrives in poor condition but is not expired. We will not issue a refund, but we will make it right by providing a replacement item or applying its value to your next subscription cycle.
All quality complaints must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, with photo evidence sent to EasiPadi via WhatsApp. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for compensation.
6. Plan Changes
You may modify your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle. Mid-cycle changes may not be accepted once a delivery is prepared or dispatched.
7. Delivery Fee
Monthly subscribers enjoy free delivery. Your plan covers packaging, handling, and delivery at no extra cost. For bi-weekly subscribers, a small delivery token may apply depending on your order size and location. This will be communicated to you clearly before your first delivery.
8. Availability & Service Area
EasiKart currently serves Lagos and Ibadan. Please select your correct city when subscribing, as plans and pricing may vary by location. In cases where a specific item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a close alternative of equal value. You will be informed of any substitutions where possible.
