How does the subscription work?
You select your location, choose a ready made plan, edit or create your own from scratch and we deliver your groceries regularly without you needing to reorder each time.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently deliver in Lagos, Ibadan, Ogun, and Osogbo. We are expanding to more locations soon.
What makes EasiKart different from other delivery services?
We offer flexible subscription plans designed around your lifestyle, predictable deliveries, and budget friendly options.
Do I need to reorder every month?
No. Once you subscribe, your plan continues automatically. Monthly plans come with free delivery, while biweekly plans may include a small delivery charge.
Plans and Customization
Can I customize an existing plan?
Yes. You can adjust any plan to fit your household’s needs by clicking the Customize Plan button or chatting with us on WhatsApp.
Can I create a plan from scratch?
Yes. Simply tell us what you want through WhatsApp and we will build a plan just for you.
Are your plans suitable for families or individuals?
Yes. We have plans for singles, couples, small families, and large households. You can also increase or reduce the quantity of items.
How often will I receive deliveries?
You can choose between biweekly (every two weeks) or monthly delivery options. Please note that only monthly deliveries qualify for free delivery.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes. You can pause your subscription or skip a delivery by notifying us at least 48 hours before your next delivery.
Payments and Pricing
How do I pay for my plan?
We accept payments through debit card, bank transfer, USSD secured by Paystack.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes. Just contact us and we will help you switch to a different payment option.
Is there a delivery fee?
Monthly subscribers enjoy free delivery. Biweekly delivery may include a small delivery fee depending on your location.
Are prices the same in every location?
No. Prices may vary based on your location due to local market conditions and delivery costs.
Is there a discount for longer subscriptions?
Yes. We occasionally offer discounts or bonuses for customers who subscribe for three months or more.
Delivery and Logistics
What time do you deliver?
We usually deliver between 9 AM and 5 PM. You will get a reminder the day before delivery.
Can I choose my delivery day?
We assign delivery days based on your location and plan. You can request a change in advance if needed.
What if I am not home during delivery?
Monthly subscribers enjoy free delivery. Biweekly plans may include a small delivery fee depending on your location.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will contact you to choose a replacement or apply a credit toward your next subscription.
